TOWING & RENTAL
In the case that your vehicle can’t be driven we will send a partnered Towing Company to tow your vehicle back to our facility and out of danger. Enterprise Rental vehicles are also available for all qualified claims.

REPAIR PROCESS
Repairs will begin right after approval, in one of our main facilities. You can opt to receive updates on your claim status and or vehicle repairs.

FILE A CLAIM

INSPECTION

REPAIR PROCESS

Extended Service Contracts
We process all Extended Service Contracts (Warranty Claims)
We accept all Extended Service Contracts and Warranty’s because we are a certified shop.
We are a CarMax Certified Service Center.
Here are a few pointers on the process it takes to submit warranty claims.
Step 1 – Diagnostics – The vehicle must go through a thorough diagnostics, where photos and videos are documented in order to start a claim. A technician will be assigned. All Appointments are scheduled for Drop Off ONLY
Step 2 – Repair Orders – Once diagnostics is performed and documented one of our trained service advisors begins to generate the RO (Repair Order), which includes the Prices, Labor Times, and Availability of Parts by parts sourcing, which is performed prior to beginning a claim to their warranty company.
Step 3 – Claim Process – The advisor contacts the Warranty Company and we upload photos and estimates directly to them. Each warranty will then determine if an inspector needs to be sent out or not (Which can delay a repair service)
Step 4 – Authorization – Once a claim is authorized, an advisor will notify the customer of what was approved and what was not approved and go over additional services if needed as well as the out-of-pocket expense if any. The shop and warranty then parts source parts, and parts get ordered. At this stage, a customer has the right to inquire about a rental car to their Warranty Company. (We at the Shop do not handle Rental Cars or Approvals – all are subject to the warranty company’s decision)
Step 5 – Repair Process – Once all parts are in a technician is then assigned again to begin repairs, and a road test is usually performed right after
Step 6 – Pick Up – An advisor will call the customer to arrange the pick up of their newly serviced vehicle. All Repairs come with a Peace of Mind 12-month 12,000-mile Mile Warranty. Used parts are subject to change.
